This loop offers more significant ascent and descent, and wonderful views (though whilst training, there is not much time for stopping and marvelling at the view).
This walk can be done in either direction (hence 'loop' I guess), and is a great one for carrying extra weight. On our spreadsheets I'd class this as 'wide track', which makes it fairly easy walking.
